JC PROEFSSIONAL was founded by Tommy and Sally in 2014. They had heard from friends and neighbors a lot of frustration about getting quick estimates on projects to remove asbestos and mold. Listening to horror stories on restorations and insurance companies leaving them in the back burner we know there had to be a way to get things done better.
After working in different restoration companies in the city gaining experience not only on tools but upper management. Tommy eventually worked his way up to become a project manager. Tommy wanted to understand the industry from the other side so moved on to become a insurance adjuster for a major insurance company. After many years of training and developing a business modo we were ready!
So, with a dream of raising the bar for customer service and helping frustrated customers they launched JC PROFESSIONAL. We focused on managing the crews and doing projects well. Early customer reviews were extremely strong. Within a year, we have exceeded customers expectations on the Internet review platforms. We got to the point where our competitor are call us to take over there jobs because they can complete the project. Now we focused more on customer experience and building the network of trusted partners. Our ambition was to eliminate sales calls and eventually be able to provide a real-time estimate on every project providing consumers to take back the power to make the best decision.
